    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Time
    Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location (Canada & United States).
  • Shipping Cost
    We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
  • Delays
    Please note that delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience.
  • Incorrect Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    Belle Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Returns & Refunds
Review our return, exchange, and refund information We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
